Dave is a 20 year veteran of the hospitality industry and has been part of the Management teams with Cameron Mitchell - Mitchell's Fish Market Restaurants in Birmingham and Rochester Hills. Previous to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Dave spent 11 years with Chuck Muer Restaurants at Charley's Crab in Troy, MI. and Jupiter, FL. as well as the Grand Concourse in Pittsburgh, PA.

Prior to opening Cherry Creek Golf Club, Chef Dion was the Executive Chef at Oakland Hills Country Club. His traditional cuisine and attention to detail will have your taste buds craving more.
